Writing a Book? FAQ
Writing FAQ
If you will be or are now writing a book, I may be a valuable resource for you. Using what I have learned by working on my newly released book, (publishers sure don't tell you everything) I have joined forces with a small publishing company called Springbrook Media Group. I will publish my next book through this company. Wanna come along?

I am just starting to build the company website so it isn't much right now, but it should look really nice and be functional very soon. In the next few days (weeks?) this page will look like a real FAQ page so check back often.

Everything below is just template stuff I use as a guide to build the page info. Read it if you want- they are just examples. Bye-bye.
What is a FAQ?
Why should I include a FAQ page on my Web site?
What kind of questions should I place here?
What if I have more than 10 questions?
What should I NOT include on this page?
How should I format the text on the page?
Q: What is a FAQ?
A:
FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: Why should I include a FAQ page on my Web site?
A:
Including a FAQ page is a user-friendly way of presenting information to customers so they can quickly look it up. It also can help reduce the number of service calls and e-mails.
Q: What kind of questions should I place here?
A:
Make a list of the top 10 questions people ask you about your business, services, or products. That's a good start.
Q: What if I have more than 10 questions?
A:
Break the questions into sections by subject and give each section a subhead, such as Sales, Products, or Services.
Q: What should I NOT include on this page?
A:
You don't need to include information such as your company contact information, because it's easily found on the Contact Us page. You could, however, include a question such as: What is the quickest way to contact you?
Q: How should I format the text on the page?
A:
It's a good idea to use a different format, such as bold, for the questions, so that it is easy to distinguish them from the answers.
